About
Ceri is a senior associate solicitor in the firm’s corporate team where she advises both individuals and companies across a wide range of sectors on a variety of both transactional and advisory matters including investments, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, re-organisations, corporate governance and share capital issues.
Ceri is a member of the firm’s health and social care team and is particularly experienced in this sector having acted for a number of sellers and buyers on the sale and purchase of social care companies/businesses and associated issues.
Experience
- Care home property owning company: Advising on its UK wide portfolio of 74 care homes including the disposal of closed and operational residential care homes.
- Somerset Care Group: Advising on the acquisition of Green Tree Court from Lexicon Healthcare Limited.
- Ludlow Street Healthcare: Advising on the sale of Ludlow Street Healthcare Group, comprising 16 residential homes, three mental health hospitals and a further education college across England and Wales, to Holmleigh Care Group.
- Investor: Advising on a project to aggregate and consolidate specialist care businesses.
- Bio Capital: Advising on its corporate reorganisation in connection the refinancing of its UK anaerobic digestion portfolio.
- Anesco: Advising the sellers on the sale of Anesco to US-European joint venture, Aksiom Services Group.
