Ellen Williams Director

Ellen is a director in the construction and engineering team, specialising in the procurement of major regeneration and redevelopment schemes and transport sector projects.

Ellen advises a broad range of public and private sector clients, including:

• governmental departments
• property developers
• joint ventures 
• major banks, funds and investors 
• public sector bodies, and 
• the supply chain.

She regularly advises on a range of construction procurement routes, including complex construction management and alliancing arrangements, and has expertise in drafting and negotiating a wide variety of standard form and bespoke construction documentation. 

Ellen also provides trouble-shooting advice. She previously worked in-house with an international real estate developer where she developed "hands on" experience of the development sector. 

• Advising The Crown Estate on construction across its wide portfolio of central London projects including major redevelopments such as the landmark St James’s Market joint venture with Oxford Properties Group and the redevelopment of Quadrant 4, London.
• Advising AEG (the Owner and Operator of The O2) on various projects including the new joint venture retail development at The O2 with Crosstree Real Estate Partners.  
• Advising London Underground on construction aspects of the Metropolitan Line extension project.
• Day-to-day construction lead advising Welsh Government/Transport for Wales on construction aspects of the Wales and Borders franchise and South West Metro scheme.
• Assisting the Greater London Authority on construction aspects of the £1 billion regeneration of the Royal Albert Docks site.
