About

Emma is our innovation manager and leads our Innovation team. She focuses on enhancing and innovating the delivery of legal services to our clients. Previously a senior corporate finance lawyer, Emma combines her deep understanding of legal processes with a passion for innovation and technology, to develop and deliver innovative solutions and process improvements.

Her approach is client-centric and problem focused, collaborating both with clients and our legal teams. Under her leadership, the Innovation team is dedicated to advancing our service delivery, and providing cost-effective and efficient solutions to clients. Emma founded and is responsible for our BInnovative week, the firm’s annual innovation and tech week. She is also one of the strategic leads for our AI strategy.

Beyond developing solutions to enhance client service delivery, Emma and her team actively explore a variety of technologies, including GenAI, to continually advance our legaltech toolkit, and ensure it delivers real value to our clients. She also regularly attends and speaks at innovation and legaltech events.
