Gareth is a senior associate professional support lawyer in the firm’s Banking and Finance team. His responsibilities include delivering internal and external training, assisting with business development and client relationship management activities and initiatives, authoring legal updates and thought leadership pieces, updating and maintaining legal precedents and know-how resources and providing support to lawyers on technical legal matters and developments.

Prior to becoming a professional support lawyer, Gareth advised on a broad range of domestic and cross-border matters in a variety of sectors. His experience encompassed both loan origination, in particular corporate and leveraged finance and real estate finance, and distressed situations involving financial restructuring, contingency planning and formal insolvency.
