Natalie is a senior associate in the employment team and has a wide range of experience advising employers in both the public and private sector on all aspects of employment law. She has particular experience resolving employment disputes and defending employment tribunals. She also advises clients on redundancy and restructuring programmes and the employment aspects of corporate and commercial transactions, including TUPE. 

Natalie regularly provides training for clients and is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association. She also has in-house commercial experience from a secondment at the John Lewis Partnership.
