Penny is a resourcing specialist in the Emerging Talent team. Her role encompasses overseeing the entire recruitment life cycle for trainee solicitors in Bristol and Edinburgh, from initial engagement with potential candidates to the final selection and on-boarding of new trainees.
Her expertise lies in her ability to effectively communicate the firm’s values and opportunities to prospective candidates, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent. She is responsible for organising and managing various recruitment events, including assessment centres and vacation schemes.
Before joining the firm, Penny gained valuable experience in banking and finance recruitment, focusing on experienced hire recruitment. This background has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment landscape.
