Rebecca Skittery Solicitor

Rebecca is a solicitor in the corporate team, joining Burgess Salmon in 2019. Her work covers all areas of corporate finance but she specialises in M&A transactions, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements and group reorganisations. Rebecca also advises on company law and corporate governance issues.

She works for a wide range of private and public companies of all sizes, on both UK and cross-border transactions.

• Advising Zetland Capital Partners LLP on its acquisitions of various hotels
• Advising CWP Europe on a partnership deal with Mercuria Energy Trading
• Advising Louis Capital Markets UK LLP on the English law aspects of its disposal of part of the group, and with its ongoing restructuring advice
• Advising Phillips 66 on the acquisition of petrol forecourts
• Advising a national care home provider on disposals of care homes
• Assisting the Tax, Trust and Family team with governance and succession planning for various family businesses
