- advising Bank Leumi and HSBC on a £125m revolving credit facility to Audley Group, the UK’s leading provider of luxury retirement villages, to fund existing and future developments;
- working with Virgin Care to establish a new self-pay health and wellbeing offering – Virgin Care Private; and
- advising Optegra Eye Healthcare in the acquisition of the renowned Arnott Eye Care practice on Harley Street.
