  • Advising a global provider of cloud services on its cloud services arrangements with government customers across EMEA.
  • Advising an NHS Foundation Trust relation to its competitive procurement for community pharmacy services, with a contract value in excess of £1bn and in relation to its arrangements with independent providers to provide additional theatre capacity for cancer patients.
  • Leading the Burges Salmon team advising the government’s Vaccine Taskforce throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, in relation to vaccine manufacturing arrangements.
  • Advising GAVI, the Vaccine Alliance, in relation to the funding of vaccine programmes to reach “zero dose children” in Africa.
  • Advising an international telemedicine provider in relation to its regulatory obligations on entry to the UK market.
  • Advising the Department of Health and Social Care in relation to the establishment of the “Dedicated Health Channel” – part of HMG’s Brexit preparations to ensure the supply of medicines and medical devices post-Brexit.
  • Advising a US-owned provider of medical devices on its supply arrangements with the NHS, comprising both commercial contract and procurement law advice.
  • Advising a private hospital group on the scope of its regulatory obligations and practical advice to comply with its CQC obligations and best practice guidance.
  • Advising a private provider of community healthcare services to the NHS in relation to a range of contractual partnership arrangements with NHS bodies.
  • Advising a not-for-profit provider of PET-CT diagnostic imaging services on its contractual arrangements with NHS England and private sector sub-contractors.
