In this webinar, we will look at the risk of scams for scheme members and explore the responsibilities of trustees, administrators and advisors

09 June 2021

Pensions and other financial scams continue to devastate individual victims and keeping up with the industry response can be challenging.

In our latest webinar, we will be discussing a member’s journey when at risk of a scam, highlighting the roles and responsibilities of trustees, administrators and advisors and tracking the changing legal and regulatory landscape.

We will cover key issues such as the statutory right to transfer and upcoming legislative changes, recent case law and real life examples, regulatory responses and what options members have if they lose their pension savings.

Suzanne Padmore (Partner), Susannah Young (Partner), Ralph Lovesy (Director) and Amy Khodabandehloo (Senior Associate) will deliver the webinar which will be relevant for industry professionals involved in any stages of pensions transfers and investments.

There will also be an opportunity to ask questions in a Q&A session.
