Pensions Law Webinar: Planning and prioritising for 2021

What really needs to be dealt with now and what can wait?

05 January 2021

Last year brought a raft of changes in pension law, practice and regulatory guidance for employers and trustees to get to grips with – including the implications of the furlough scheme, the progression through parliament of the Pension Schemes Bill and the third Lloyds hearing on GMP equalisation – to name just a few.

2021 looks set to present similar challenges. There will be no shortage of issues that need attention! Instead the challenge will be to step back and identify the most important areas to focus on when setting your strategic plan for 2021.

In our latest webinar, we will be setting out a high-level overview of what is on the horizon for 2021. We will be discussing what trustees and employers need to prioritise when planning for the year ahead and what, frankly, can wait a little longer.

We will cover key themes including scheme funding, the Pension Schemes Bill and (everyone’s favourite topic) GMP equalisation – as well as some other interesting topics which actually need more pressing attention.

This webinar will be relevant for industry professionals, trustees and employers.
