Elizabeth trained at Burges Salmon, qualifying into the Employment team in September 2020.

She advises employers on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment issues and HR matters.

Elizabeth has particular experience in resolving employment disputes and defending employment tribunal claims. She also has experience advising on dismissal and grievance processes, conducting investigations, drafting contracts of employment, reviewing policies and advising on employee exits including drafting settlement agreements.

Elizabeth is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.

  • Assisting across the entire life cycle of employment tribunal litigation including complex claims of discrimination.
  • Day-to-day employment advice, including in relation to disciplinary matters and dismissals and drafting documentation for negotiated departures of senior management.
  • Drafting various employment and HR-related contractual and policy documentation for a variety of different businesses.
