Emma Bean Senior Assocaite

Emma is a senior associate in the firm’s real estate team. After training and practising at the firm for a number of years, she re-joined the firm in 2022 following a period in academia. 

Emma has experience in real estate investment and management matters but now specialises in development transactions; acting for landowners on the disposal of strategic land by way of option agreements, promotion agreements or conditional contracts. 

• Advising a number of landowners on the disposal of strategic employment land sites by way of option agreements.
• Acting for a large PLC client on the sale of surplus land to a house builder for the construction of three new residential estates.
• Advising a corporate client on the disposal of investment land by way of a promotion agreement.
• Acting for a range of landlords and tenants on lease negotiations, including acting for Burges Salmon LLP on the acquisition of London premises and on the sub-letting of part of its Bristol premises.
• Acting for The Crown Estate on a range of transactions across its Rural, Regional and Windsor portfolios.
