Heather Leach Associate

Heather is an associate in the firm's dispute resolution team, with particular expertise in advising institutional and commercial landlords and occupiers in relation to real property disputes, commercial landlord and tenant disputes.

Heather is a member of the Property Litigation Association and Women in Property.

• Acting for the John Lewis Partnership on property related disputes across their portfolio.
• Advising a large international merchant bank on lease breaks and dilapidations affecting its London office portfolio.
• Advising The Crown Estate in relation to contentious property management issues, including business lease renewals and the surrender of protected tenancies.
• Acting for landowners on obtaining possession of land for large-scale housing developments.
