Priscilla Osoba Solicitor

Priscilla is a solicitor in the Projects team, having joined as a trainee in 2018 and qualified in 2020.

Priscilla has a broad range of experience advising clients in various sectors including the energy and transport sectors. She also has in-house experience following a secondment at EDF Energy Nuclear Generation.

Priscilla sits on the management committee of Burges Salmon’s BAME network, BCultured.

She was recognised as the Under 35 Lawyer of the Year at the First 100 Years Inspirational Women in Law Awards 2019.

• Assisting and advising on a range of commercial issues during a secondment at EDF Energy, including reviewing grant funding agreements, reviewing fuel supply agreements and negotiating supplier terms and conditions.
• Assisting Historic England with the negotiation of funding agreements for the High Streets Heritage Action Zone scheme.
• Assisting Abellio with its contractual arrangements as part of the mobilisation of the East Anglia Franchise.
