Tom Curnow Associate

Tom joined Burges Salmon in May 2024, having qualified as a solicitor in 2020.

Tom works in all areas of Corporate Finance with particular experience in private acquisitions and disposals, company re-organisations and equity investments.

Experience at previous firms includes:

• Advising the shareholders of an independent video game developer on a sale to a large multi-national media and entertainment conglomerate.
• Being part of the core deal team advising an AIM listed company on its acquisition of multiple private companies.
• Advising the shareholders of a specialist manufacturer of products with defence and critical infrastructure applications on a sale to a USA based acquirer.
• Advising on the sale of an independent music publisher to a Swiss based acquirer.
