In the utilities sector, Tom has worked closely with a water company to draft a variety of bespoke and highly negotiated contracts. He has advised on regulatory compliance issues and has led procurement exercises awarding contracts under the Utilities Contracts Regulations 2006.
In the energy and environment sectors, Tom has helped a major energy provider manage contracts during the construction of a new nuclear power station.
