Alex Fallon Associate

Alex is an associate in the firm's Projects team. He joined the firm in 2018 as a trainee and qualified in September 2020. 

Alex advises both public and private sector clients on a broad range of major projects and commercial matters. In particular, he has experience advising on technology, rail, procurement and healthcare matters.

Alex also has significant experience advising on cloud computing matters following a nine-month secondment to the public sector legal team of a leading global cloud services provider.

• Advising a leading global cloud services provider on its cloud services arrangements with government and public sector customers across Europe, the Middle East and Africa during a nine-month secondment in the public sector legal team.
• Advising FirstGroup on its rolling stock procurement in connection with the Great Western Railway franchise.
• Providing procurement advice and contractual support across a range of UK public sector framework agreements.
• Advising on a wide range of commercial matters including NDAs, consultancy contracts, sponsorship agreements, service contracts and promotional prize draws.
