Molly is a senior associate in the Employment team. After graduating with a First Class honours degree from Cardiff University, she obtained a distinction in the Legal Practice Course prior to commencing her training contract with the firm in 2015.

Molly specialises in employment law and has broad experience advising both employers and employees on contentious and non-contentious employment issues. She regularly advises clients on HR and employment law issues including disciplinary and grievance processes, policy reviews and settlement agreements. She conducts employment tribunal litigation including unfair dismissal and discrimination claims, and supports corporate transactions. Molly also has experience litigating employment matters in the High Court. 

Molly is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association. 


  • Acted for a major national retailer in multiple employment tribunal claims, including complex disability discrimination.
  • Acted for a scientific technology company pursuing urgent interim relief/injunction applications in the High Court concerning breaches if restrictive covenants.
  • Defended an international defence company in a claim concerning pay structures. 
  • Advised an aerospace company on the departure of a senior staff member.
  • Delivered client training on protecting a business when an employee leaves to join a competitor.
