Noel is a solicitor in the Commercial and Technology team. She has significant experience advising both public and private sector clients across a range of technology, commercial, intellectual property, and data protection matters. Specific sectors include healthcare, technology, financial services, food and drink, media, and transport.

She trained at Burges Salmon and qualified in August 2022. She also spent six months on secondment at the Bank of England in 2024.

  • UK Hydrographic Office (UKHO): Providing ongoing commercial and IP advice, including drafting licensing agreements, port agreements, confidentiality agreements, and equipment loan agreements.
  • Public Sector clients: Advising on technology procurements and software licensing arrangements.
  • John Lewis Partnership: Advising on a number of commercial contracts, intellectual property licensing and concession agreement.
  • Major food and drink client: Advising on manufacturing, warehousing and logistics arrangements.
  • Commercial due diligence: Advising on commercial contracts, data protection and intellectual property issues as part of the due diligence process for corporate acquisitions across various industries such as hospitality, transport and energy.
