Rebecca is a senior associate in the real estate team and has experience in a range of Real Estate sectors, including:

• regeneration and development projects
• UK real estate portfolio management (including acquisitions and disposals and landlord and tenant work)
• renewables projects.

• Acting for Stevenage Borough Council on a mixed use town centre regeneration project to provide 3,500 new homes, a new retail centre and a public hub for health and public sector occupiers.
• Acting for Greater London Authority on the procurement of a development partner for the £1 billion regeneration of the Albert Island site at the eastern end of the Royal Dock. 
• Acting for Transport for Wales Government on the transfer of 87 miles of railway track in Wales from Network Rail to Transport for Wales.
• Acting for The Crown Estate in connection with their substantial Core and St. James' portfolios.
• Acting for Waterstones in relation to their UK real estate portfolio.
• Acting for various renewable energy companies on the acquisition of renewable energy assets.
