We are excited to be returning to the International Bar Association (IBA) Annual Conference, this year taking place in Paris (October 29 - November 3). With 5,000 legal professionals and over 200+ working sessions, it is one of the most prestigious events in the international diary. We are looking forward to re-connecting with our network of like-minded, exceptional law firms from around the world, who work alongside us to support our many international clients.
At the conference
We will be speaking at the conference, attending sessions and committee retreats and meeting with our international friends.
Richard Spink will be co-chairing the following panel session:
“Post-acquisition issues for M&A transactions involving closely held companies” on Monday 30 October at 16:15 CET at the Palais des Congrès de Paris.
This will be an interactive session focused on all those important post-deal issues for closely held businesses, both from the perspective of sellers in anticipating issues and from buyers in achieving value.
