Advising Costain as EPC contractor on the Greater Manchester waste PFI. We have advised a number of local authorities on the procurement of their waste PPP projects – including the Isle of Wight Council's 25 year integrated waste PPP, Devon County Council's Exeter city EfW and Gwynedd Council's 25 year anaerobic digestion waste treatment project.

Advising Welsh Ministers (acting through Transport for Wales (TfW)) on the £5 billion procurement of the Wales and Borders rail service and South Wales Metro.

Advising the developer on the 300MW Pen y Cymoedd wind farm, the largest onshore wind farm ever built in England and Wales.

Advising the UK Ministry of Defence on its negotiations with BAE Systems for the construction of Astute Class Submarines and the Successor Class Submarines.

Advising a major developer on the consenting and procurement of the world's largest tidal stream energy project.

Advising a Spanish train manufacturer on a £1billion+ contract to provide trains and depots for Crossrail, Europe’s largest construction project. This is the largest single contract on the Crossrail project.

Advising on a landmark £1 billion deal to transform Royal Albert Dock into a world-class business and technology zone, in one of London’s largest regeneration projects.

Advising a joint venture between Lockheed Martin and Babcock International on a ground breaking PFI/PPP project to provide the UK military with flight training.

Advising Babcock on its successful bid to Devon County Council in relation to a joint venture for the procurement of school improvement services.

Advising Foresight on all elements of a £110 million Combined Heat and Power (CHP) plant in Widnes, Merseyside.

Advising all of the UK's rail freight operating companies in connection with the procurement and implementation of the ETCS Freight Project. ETCS is an essential component of a Europe wide project to enhance cross-border interoperability by creating a single standard for railway signalling.

Advising the Ministry of Defence on the outsourcing of search and rescue helicopter services for the Falkland Islands.

Advising the Cayman Islands Government on its first ever energy from waste PPP.

The Metropolitan Line Extension (formerly known as the Croxley Rail Link) is a project to extend the Metropolitan Line to Watford mainline railway station. We acted for LUL in negotiating the transfer of all aspects of the project from HCC, including significant changes to the property, funding and construction arrangements.

Advising Marks and Spencer on a collaboration to fund installation of solar panels on M&S stores.
