BEnabled is our people-led network, for supporting individuals with disabilities, long-term health conditions or impairments including carers and allies of these. It runs run firm-wide learning sessions, provides a strong support network and is involved in the development of new policies and processes that may affect disabled colleagues – an example of which is our Hybrid Working guidelines.
