She has experience in advising both private and institutional landowners on a wide range of matters affecting land and property, including disputes concerning tenancies, partnerships, ownership of land, private rights and covenants affecting land.

- Advising private and institutional landlords on the operation and termination of Agricultural Holdings and Farm Business Tenancies.
- Advising landowners in connection with applications for succession tenancies under the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986.
- Advising landowners on private rights of way, other easements and restrictive covenants affecting land.
