In an invaluable support function, as a legal team administrator or assistant you’ll help legal team PAs with making sure our lawyers have everything they need to provide the excellent client service we’re known for.
Use your multi-tasking and organisational skills to support lawyers on a range of tasks in complex legal areas, often to tight and changeable deadlines, for a variety of clients.
Our co-ordinators oversee the Client Support team, managing legal team PAs, assistants and administrators across departments and making sure the firm is running smoothly and efficiently.
The Management PA team provides support to the firm’s Chiefs and senior managers. They’re smooth operators with a confidential and professional approach, our PAs are super-organised and proactive.
Lots of exciting opportunities. We’re focused on always providing the best possible service to our clients so we’re willing to innovate and flex our approach where needed. This means there are often opportunities for our Client Support team members to provide support across the business in legal departments and business services departments too.
Absolutely not! The vast majority of those in our Client Support team joined us without any prior legal knowledge. Although some administration experience might be beneficial, it’s no match for enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.

Our colleagues in the Client Support team often need access to paperwork or specific equipment on site. This means their roles are predominantly office-based. We do offer our people hybrid working opportunities where we are able.
