Ready to embark on a new adventure? Join us at partner or director level and make an impact through our lockstep partnership model. This model enables us to compete at the top of the legal market, all while delivery quality work for our high-profile clients.
For our partners, the lockstep model encourages cohesion, loyalty and teamwork. During the first four years of partnership, you will focus on the transition to role of partner, looking forward to your promotion to a full member of the LLP. During these four years, we will look to you to build a revenue stream of £1m+ for your relevant practice area. Once your business building capability has been demonstrated, you will head to the next stage of our model.
Throughout the next seven years, you will progress up the ladder subject to reviews after years one and four. After seven years, all partners who were promoted at the same time reach parity and are financially rewarded in the same way. Partners remain at parity for a minimum of 15 years before entering a three-year ‘sunsetting’ period where the focus is on succession planning for the firm and our clients.
Similarly, our directors are important to the success of the firm. Here, our directors are board-appointed and given the support they need to develop their business area within our employee structure. This structure is similar to salaried partners at other firms, giving our directors decision-making capabilities.
