Opportunities with BFlex depend on client requirements. This means we can’t guarantee work will always be available. A key advantage will be if you can take on secondments with our clients, as demand for these has never been higher. You’re not under any obligation to accept assignments if they’re not right for you, and when you’re not working with us, you’ll still be able to pick up assignments from other firms or agencies.
