Tamara trained at Burges Salmon and is a solicitor in the firm’s Family Law and Divorce team. She has experience in all areas of family law, including divorce, marital agreements and financial settlements, including those with complex assets, corporate issues and international elements. Tamara also has experience in children arrangement cases.
She is an active member of YRes and Resolution.
Experience
- Acting for a husband in the reported High Court case, AF v GF [2024] EWHC 3478 (Fam) which centred around complex company valuation issues and matrimonial and non-matrimonial assets.
- Advising and representing clients in financial remedy court proceedings and outside of the court process, including at private FDRs.
- Preparing and advising clients on pre and post-marital agreements and cohabitation agreements, to protect pre-acquired or inherited assets, or to reflect matrimonial property regime elections in other jurisdictions.
- Acting for a wife in divorce and financial remedy proceedings where the matrimonial assets were based in the USA and England which necessitated consideration of complex tax issues – AF v GF 2024.
