About

Susannah has over 20 years’ experience of advising both pension scheme trustees and employers on a wide range of pensions issues, across both DB and DC arrangements.

On the DB side, her experience includes advice on long-term journey planning and strategy (including liability management exercises and contingent assets), acting on numerous buy-in transactions and GMP equalisation and conversion projects. She has particular experience in the University sector. Susannah leads our DC practice and has led transfers of DC sections to master trusts, as well as providing governance and regulatory advice (including in relation to General Code compliance).
