Alex joined Burges Salmon in June 2025 as a Resourcing Coordinator, where she plays a pivotal role in supporting lateral recruitment by overseeing the end-to-end onboarding process for all lateral new joiners.
Acting as the primary coordinator, she ensures a seamless process from arranging meetings through to a candidate’s induction and integration journey.
