About
Sian joined Burges Salmon in 2023 and began her training in the Real Estate team in July 2024.
She has experience in renewables and energy including solar, wind and linear projects and NSIPs, working closely with the lead advisors to roll our agreements to numerous stakeholders.
Experience
- Equinor: Supporting the real estate team on the Sheringham Shoal and Dudgeon Wind Farm Extension NSIP, coordinating stakeholder agreements to enable offshore wind growth and advance the UK’s net‑zero goals.
- Harbour Energy: Advising on property matters central to the delivery of the Viking CCS scheme and major energy projects, leading land ownership analysis, access strategies, key documentation preparation, and stakeholder management.
- RWE: Assisting and supporting developers on their onshore wind portfolios, negotiation land option agreements and carrying out property due diligence.
- North Somerset Council: Supporting the team on real estate issues critical to progressing a major highways scheme.
