Jessica Kalayci is a solicitor in the corporate and M&A team at Burges Salmon. She joined the firm in December 2024 and supports clients on a range of UK and cross-border corporate transactions.
In particular, Jessica has experience advising on group reorganisations, carve-outs, demergers, and acquisitions and divestments by private equity and private clients. She also enjoys working with clients on general corporate governance matters.
Experience
- Ultima: Advising the Ultima group, backed by Apse Capital, on its landmark £1 billion merger with the Trustmarque group, creating one of the UK’s largest technology service providers.
- Ondas Inc.: Supporting its expansion in the UK through the acquisition of UK-based aerospace technology developer, Rotron Aerospace Limited.
- Gresham House: Acting on three battery storage project transactions totalling 397MW, adding significant new storage capacity to Gresham House Energy Storage Fund’s portfolio pipeline.
