Kick‑start your career in Technology with our Information Communication Technician (ICT) Apprenticeship.

In today's digital world, strong Technology support keeps organisations moving. This 17‑month apprenticeship gives you hands‑on experience in Technology support while building the technical and professional skills you need for a successful career in technology.

You'll learn best‑practice Technology techniques, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, support users in a secure environment, and gain a solid foundation in modern digital systems. Alongside your role, you'll receive monthly coaching, workshops, and expert support to help you succeed.

You'll also have the opportunity to gain globally recognised certifications, including:

  • Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ‑900)
  • Microsoft Certified qualifications
  • ITIL Foundation and CompTIA A+ (optional, additional fees apply)

 

The Programme

  • The programme allows you to gain a Level 3 Information Communications Technician Apprenticeship qualification
  • Duration: typically around 17-months
  • Position will be based at One Glass Wharf, fully onsite.
  • You will earn whilst you learn
  • Apprenticeship is through learning provider, LeepTalent

  • Technology support, troubleshooting and documentation
  • Client & network architecture
  • Proactive & reactive Technology maintenance
  • Technology security best practices
  • Cloud & virtualisation technologies
