About
Olivia attended the University of Cardiff from 2018-2021 studying an undergraduate degree in Law. During this time, she took part in pro-bono work with Streetlaw supporting unrepresented individuals though employment tribunal cases. Olivia graduated in 2021 and then worked as a Real Estate Paralegal in Bristol until 2023.
Olivia then sat her Solicitors Qualifying Exams (SQE) and joined Burges Salmon as a trainee solicitor in September 2024, and has completed seats in Real Estate, Banking and Finance and Projects, and is currently on a client secondment.

- Commercial property transactions: Advising on a range of commercial property transactions including the drafting of leases and licences and surrenders.
- Energy: Supporting large-scale renewable energy projects
- Insolvency: Advising multiple companies in relation to directors’ duties in the context of an insolvency situation.
- Project finance: Supporting multiple high-value project finance transactions, including transaction management, and drafting ancillary documents.
