“Continuous improvement and lessons learned are not always given due attention or value by teams. Emma has injected not only structure, enthusiasm and drive into setting up the sessions, but has also worked tirelessly across stakeholders to gain their input and buy in. She has impeccable integrity and is always looking to find the best way to do something be it a small task, a wider process or the whole planning process.”
