About
Olivia is a senior associate in our Family Law and Divorce team. She advises on all aspects of family law, including divorce and separation, financial claims arising from relationship breakdown, children matters, applications under the Family Law Act 1996 and nuptial agreements.
She has particular experience advising high net worth individuals and families in matters involving complex asset structures, business interests, trusts, inherited wealth and international elements. Olivia also advises on children arrangements, including cases involving relocation.
Olivia is a member of Resolution and sits on the International Committee of the Westminster & Holborn Law Society. She is fluent in German.
Olivia has been listed in the Legal 500 as a Recommended Lawyer and was the recipient of the Citywealth Future Leaders Associate of the Year (Gold) Award in 2022.
