ESG Integrated Disclosure Project template

On 8 November 2022, a group of asset managers and industry bodies published the ESG Integrated Disclosure Project (“ESG IDP”) template.

The ESG IDP comprises the Alternative Credit Council, the Loan Syndications and Trading Association, and the UN-supported Principles for Responsible Investment, in co-operation with a group of leading alternative asset managers and credit investors. 

The ESG IDP is also supported by a coalition of market stakeholders including CDP, the ESG Data Convergence Initiative and the Loan Market Association.

The goal of the template is to promote greater harmonisation and consistency of disclosure of key ESG indicators by borrowers in private credit and syndicated loan transactions.
