Latest COVID-19 guidance for employers with employees still at work

Passle image

The Government has just issued significantly updated guidance for employers on COVID-19. This will be of particular interest to those businesses where not all employees can work from home because the guidance expands on the steps that employers should be taking to protect those employees who are still coming into work. It also addresses what employers should do if they cannot adapt their ways of working to accommodate the guidance on social distancing – an area for hot debate. A big issue which remains unresolved is that guidance as to which businesses should continue to operate is not uniform across the UK. This continues to cause frustration for many.
