Updated FCA statement on MoUs entered into with European authorities

The FCA has updated a statement about the memoranda of understanding (MoUs) it has entered into with the European authorities.

The FCA has published the texts of:

• A multilateral MoU concerning consultation, co-operation and the exchange of information between each EEA national competent authority and the FCA.
  
  
• An MoU concerning consultation, co-operation and exchange of information between ESMA and the FCA.

The MoUs entered into force at the end of the transition period.
