The Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) has published a press release announcing that Caroline Wayman will be stepping down as FOS Chief Ombudsman and Chief Executive on 16 April 2021, roles she has held for almost seven years.

An open process for recruiting a successor will begin shortly.
