There have been some really interesting platform M&A deals over the last year, and we at Burges Salmon have been fortunate enough to be involved in a number of them. This article is an interesting read - and I agree with the conclusion that we are likely to see even more deals in 2022. Our FS M&A team have our sleeves rolled up ready to get going!
