Planning Case Law Update Webinar

We are holding our annual case law update webinar tomorrow, Tuesday 29 November 2022 from 12.30-1.30pm. I will be chairing the webinar and will be joined by partner Gary Soloman and senior associates Jen Ashwell and Patrick Munro. They are each going to focus on the key cases and decisions of this year relating to the Town and Country Planning Act regime as well as CPO and DCO schemes.

This will include covering the two recent decisions of:

• Hillside: this Supreme Court case relates to overlapping planning permissions and is a must read in terms of the impact of slot in applications;
• Vicarage Field: this Inspector’s decision has caught the CPO industry’s attention and contains detailed analysis of the CPO guidance relating to viability and landowner engagement.
