Crowdcube to work with the London Stock Exchange on the Private Securities Market

On 2 October 2025, the London Stock Exchange (LSE) announced that it has partnered with the crowd-funding platform Crowdcube, through whose status as a Registered Auction Agent, Crowdcube investors can invest in companies whose shares are auctioned on the Private Securities Market (PSM), the LSE’s PISCES trading venue.
For Crowdcube’s members this partnership will open up new opportunities to invest in the later-stage, high-growth companies which the LSE is hoping to attract to the PSM.
This news will also be welcome to companies looking to trade on the PSM, with Crowdcube’s members providing an additional source of liquidity on the platform.
