An opportunity to work directly with a major client on a high-profile governance project

We're supporting a client undertaking a significant corporate governance and entity management programme and are seeking an experienced corporate governance professional to join them on an interim basis.

Working directly with the client, you'll take ownership of a large-scale review of corporate entity data, helping to ensure governance records are accurate, complete and aligned across a global information management system. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining corporate knowledge, stakeholder management and project delivery while working closely with senior client stakeholders.

The role

As part of the client's governance team, you will:

  • Lead the review and validation of governance information across a portfolio of entities.
  • Audit and reconcile data held within a global entity management system.
  • Investigate and resolve inconsistencies, missing information and data quality issues.
  • Liaise directly with external company secretarial providers across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Coordinate with platform management teams and key stakeholders to gather and verify information.
  • Maintain project plans, trackers and reporting to ensure successful delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to improve governance processes and data quality controls.

What we're looking for

We're interested in speaking with experienced professionals who can operate autonomously within a client environment and confidently manage multiple stakeholder groups.

You will have:

  • Experience within corporate governance, company secretarial, corporate legal or entity management environments.
  • A strong understanding of company structures and corporate governance documentation.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • The ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive approach and the confidence to drive workstreams independently.
  • Strong communication skills and a solutions-focused mindset.

Ideal backgrounds

  • Corporate Paralegal
  • Company Secretarial Assistant
  • Corporate Governance Professional
  • Corporate Trainee with relevant corporate experience
  • Interim Legal or Governance Consultant

Why this opportunity?

This is a unique opportunity to work directly with a client on a strategically important project, taking ownership of a critical governance workstream and delivering tangible improvements across a complex international business. You'll have significant autonomy, exposure to senior stakeholders and the chance to make an immediate impact from day one.
