Our central document production team have an exciting opportunity for a Document Specialist to join them at our Bristol or Edinburgh office on a permanent basis. This role is to provide consistent, high-quality, professional document support to legal teams and business services departments.
You will be joining a small team of professionals who work collaboratively with each other and all departments across the business.
Key responsibilities:
You must be reliable and organised with an ability to trouble-shoot and work under pressure at times with a 'can do' outlook. This is a busy role which demands close attention to detail and an ability to prioritise tasks and manage expectations with clients.
What we're looking for:
We are looking for an experienced Document Specialist who has advanced knowledge of key software packages such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Visio and PDF applications such as Adobe Pro.
