• Major US, UK, European and Indian-headquartered technology vendors
• Technology sector clients and scaling specialist vendors (AI and digital native solutions)
• Corporates and institutions in a range of sectors buying, building and deploying technology and digital solutions, including in the Financial Services, Energy, Transport, Utilities, Real Estate, Defence, Public, Retail and Health sectors

What you'll need

• Relevant experience advising on technology, commercial, outsourcing, procurement, digital transformation, software licensing, data protection or cyber-related matters
• A collaborative approach, with the confidence to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients and wider project teams across a range of sectors
• The ability to manage a complex and varied workload effectively, balancing high-quality technical work with commercial, pragmatic advice
• A proactive, curious and self-motivated mindset, with an interest in developing your expertise in emerging areas such as AI, innovation and digital advisory work
• Experience supporting, collaborating with and developing others, including sharing knowledge across teams and contributing to a positive, inclusive working environment
• Qualified lawyer status, with experience appropriate to Associate or Senior Associate level
