Season Three

1. Residence & Domicile – what, why and how? In episode one Helen MacLeod joins Edward Hayes and Tim Williams to discuss the concepts of residence and domicile. They summarise the meaning of each term, why they are so important in UK law and how they are tested. 2. Inheritance tax: what is it? Part one – the basics and jargon. In episode two of the new season, Sarah Carlyon joins Tim Williams and Guy Broadfield to discuss inheritance tax.
