Andrew is head of the firm's cross-departmental technology, media and telecoms team (including data protection) and its outsourcing practice. His work includes outsourcings, joint ventures and strategic alliances, technology builds, systems integrations and re-engineerings, transformational IT projects, 'big data', cloud computing and cyber security.

Andrew was the only lawyer on the City Financial, Insurance and Assurance Working Group advising on outsourcing issues for City of London financial institutions and a non-executive director of the National Outsourcing Association between 1998 and 2012.
