Caroline is a director in the dispute resolution team specialising in:

  • Professional negligence, particularly on behalf of claimants against solicitors, surveyors / valuers, and actuaries;

  • Complex contract, misrepresentation, and breach of warranty claims.

Caroline has extensive experience in advising financial institutions, whether for claimants in professional liability actions, or in the context of banking and finance disputes. She also specialises in managing multi-claims litigation, having advised both claimants and defendants in dealing with large portfolios of high value & complex claims.

She is a member of the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association. Caroline works with her colleagues to help clients arrive at the right solution to their issue, minimising impact and maximising success.   • Providing debt recovery and insolvency advice to major UK banks in relation to business customer disputes, including contested and uncontested debts.
  • Advising a variety of SMEs, partnerships and individuals in relation to a range of contract and partnership disputes.
